Watering recent lessons, Brother John reminded us that the Bible is our lifestyle manual. It contains all the technical details of how to live a Godly life. Yet, we must serve God both in Spirit and truth. Without the Spirit of God touching the mind of His ministry, we can only gain academic knowledge from the scriptures. Not that preachers are competent in themselves to claim that anything comes unless their competence comes from God. Therefore, it is God who has raised able ministers of the New Testament; not by the letter of the law, "but of the Spirit: for the letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life." (2 Corinthians 3:6)
