It’s been one month and what a journey it’s been. A proper rollercoaster of riding the waves, and yes it’s been rough but surprisingly (to me) there has also been a lot of good, and I feel really quite well. I want this to be a really aware and opening moment in my life to propel me forward so I’ve, as always, been diving deep and I share what has come up including:
* Supportive vs. distracting actions/behaviours
* Learning to meet my own needs
* Fear vs. love
* The emotion cycle
* Attachment and ego
* Taking personal responsibility for where I’m at in life
