So many of us already have screen stories of how bad we were addicted to our phones. Well today, my guest is a mom with a screen story who did something about it! Mandee Hamann is a mom of 3, and the marketing director of Screen Strong. We talk about screen addiction and how we as parents can protect our kids from falling to that addiction.
