So, I invited Jamie-Lynn from @batterupbakeryca to come chat with me about how her cake business went from:


- Custom cake order

- Full steam ahead with an employee


To COVID hitting and having to totally re-work the wheel.


But the inspirational part of the story, not only did she kick ass, but she also managed to:


- Pivot her business

- Open a storefront

- Massively scale her business
