Remember self-love and self-care practices such as exercise, meditation, and adequate rest assists in maintaining emotional and mental well-being during difficult times. AND it is NOT selfish
Life is going to happen, but you are more than capable of learning, cultivating, and employing the necessary tools to make it through the tough times.
