I'm so excited to finally interview someone on the Pod. It's been a while, and I can't think of a more perfect person to introduce to this podcast than Angelise States.

6 time marathon runner, Digital Creator, Fitness Instructor at Studio Verso, Lululemon Ambassador - Ange truly is embodying the phrase "feel the fear and do it anyway".

From her first decision to take up running almost a decade ago, to now, training for her 7th Marathon in Berlin, Ange has a lot of insight to share on how she got to where she is today. And it didn't happen overnight.
