Today in Season 3, Episode 9, I chat with Commonwealth Games Marathoner, Andy Buchanan. In April, 2024, Andy had a red hot crack at the Olympic qualifying time in the marathon, running 2:08:58 at the Hamburg Marathon itself. Unfortunately, even with a huge PB, it was not to be, he was 48 seconds slower than the qualifying time. As such it was bittersweet conversation with Andy, as he discussed all things surrounding the marathon and finished with conversation around sports psychology. I hope you enjoy.
