Today in Season 4 Episode 75, I chat with Clive Gross, from the Bush Turkey Track Club in Brisbane and Kyle Weise from Kyles Run Coaching on the Gold Coast. This episode was specifically a recap of the Osaka Marathon that the boys competed in on Monday this week and the episode also marks the conclusion of this particular side series. At the time of the conversation, both Clive and Kyle were in Japan talking to me 36 hours post the race itself at 9pm at night. As such, there were some tired brains and audio issues, including from my end, but I was really pleased to capture the raw emotion and thoughts of both runners about their experience in the event. We cover the lead in, race day and their running moving forward. I truly left this episode feeling a little empty in the fact that this series is over, but equally, so pleased with the opportunity I had to talk to such generous and open people, in Clive and Kyle. As I mention to them at the end of the episode, it is with hope they return to the pod in some capacity down the track. As always, I hope you enjoyed this series and although this particular one has finished, I have some amazing guests coming on the show in the near future, including Adam Fogg British runner, Jamie Whitfield exercise physiologist and Peyton Craig, Australian 800m runner. Okay, enough from me, let's pass it over to the legends, Kyle and Clive.
