Today in Season 3, Episode 66, I chat with Brisbane and American college runner, Matthew Hanso. This was Hanso's 2nd time on the podcast and again he was just so knowledgeable and passionate about the sport, sharing some great insights and stories for someone so young. Hanso is now a Lipscomb University runner, with a 5k time as fast as 14:10.
