  • About Stephanie:

    Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) and McMillan Running certified running coach with over 10 years of running experience. Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).

      Meredith Minnick is a certified RRCA Level I run coach and has been running since 2012. A 5-time marathoner and 18-time half marathoner What she enjoys most about running is the satisfaction that comes from completing new distances or achieving time goals that seemed out of reach. She believes that anybody can be a runner no matter what age or background in the sport.

      Her coaching philosophy is that consistent effort brings success, and you'll never regret trying your best. She lives with her husband and two daughters in the suburbs of Philadelphia. You can follow Meredith at @mererunsamarathon on Instagram.
