It’s September again and we’re pumped for Season 3! We’re kicking it off with some new quick tips. Did you know that salsa & herbs are actually a way to gain nutrition? How about that 10 minutes of walking multiple times a day can add up to have similar benefits to a more intense 40 minute workout? Finally, our mental health is shown to benefit from aerobic activity and we tend to have more fun with friends when our time is unplanned and happens organically.
