Katy Murray is a leadership coach, community convenor, consultant, and a business mastermind host.

She has worked with over 1000 leaders across 35 different countries. Serving for more than 25 years,

Katy has mentored individuals who are now successful leaders in their own businesses and have created

enormous social impact to their communities.

She is the director and Co-Founder of Catalyst Collective, a boutique consultancy supporting clients to

become more inclusive. She was recently awarded one of the top 50 UK D+I leaders and her first book

entitled “Change Makers - a woman’s guide to stepping up without burning out at work” is published and

Katy specialises in teaching people how to be resilient in times of uncertainty. She runs virtual

programmes, webinars, and coaching focused on intersectional approaches to inclusive leadership,

culture change, and well-being.
