In the Final episode of Season Three, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jameisha Prescod - a young woman who's work (@youlookokaytome) aims to raise awareness and hold space for people with Chronic illnesses (and for all) to come together, to learn and support each other through experience and community. 

I talk with Jameisha about her own experience with her diagnosis of Lupus in 2014 and her life with this auto-immune disease thereafter.
