Now I know meditation isn't for everyone, it wasn't for me for almost 5 years until I seriously committed to meditating for 100 days straight and now rarely a day goes by where I don't sit down and meditate. I can wholeheartedly say it has been one of those tools and practices that has been integral to my personal and mental growth.
