Hilary B. Jones is an incredibly talented guitarist, consultant, and podcaster who has worked in the industry demoing gear with some pretty raucous riffs as well as working to promote and guide diversity, equity, and inclusion in not only the music industry but in other industries across the country.

I learned a lot from Hilary through this episode and had a genuinely wonderful time talking to her about her musical path, her gear interests, and how the music industry is still growing in its efforts to promote diversity and inclusion.
