Carlos is an athletic director in Charlotte, NC who is currently transitioning to South Carolina. In addition to being an athletic director, he is also a husband of 18 years, and father of 3, 2 of which are daughters. During the last 15 years, he has learned the importance of a father’s role, particularly in girls’ lives, and is excited to share the lessons learned over the years.
