And then she wasn't. 

"NOW FOR SURE I'M ENOUGH!!"

Nope, not this time either. 

Eventually, my "enough" happened with a whisper rather than a bang, and it's stuck (mostly). On this episode I get really really vulnerable, really really honest, and share what really, really has been working. I hope it helps you too.
