Your day is usually determined by your morning...and your morning starts at night! Creating a positive, calm, and inspiring start to your day can be the difference between a day of wins or a day of struggle. 
The problem comes in when your morning routine is stressful in itself, when you can't remember the "right" way to do it, or when it's just a list of crap you think you're supposed to do. The only rule is: if it helps you and feels good, do it!
