On this week’s Leading from Your Core Podcast and Vodcast, Obi Abuchi interviews Ian Joseph.

Ian is the Managing Director of Russam and has held this position since 2014. He is a founding board

member of Trustees Unlimited and co-founder of Step on Board, arguably the UK’s premier senior

employee engagement programme, working with companies such as Barclays, Google, EY and Credit

Suisse.

He is also a founding Director of Europe’s largest multi-event cycling facility, Cyclopark and sits on the

Professional Advisory Board of Charity Works, the UK’s non-profit graduate scheme. Again, he is Chair of

Kidscape, the national anti-bullying charity.

Ian has a track record of delivering high profile non-executive and executive roles including the boards

and CEOs of many household name organizations.

Earlier in his career he was Chief Executive of a charity which specializes in the fields of homelessness,

addiction, mentoring and international development

He tries to keep fit with varying degrees of success and has a long-standing interest in the study of

theology, having been a church minister for six years at the start of his career. Above all, Ian enjoys

spending time with his wife and three sons.
