This week, Dr. Lee talks about one of her favorite topics -- Self-Sabotage.
The way many of us currently use the term "self-sabotage" feels rooted in shame. When we hold ourselves back, or "mess up", or "stay stuck" and call it self-sabotage, we make it OUR fault.
So when we don't do things to help ourselves be successful, or find ourselves in the same situations or behaviours over and over we feel shame around it and say we're sabotaging ourselves.
But what if we're not? What if we're actually protecting ourselves? Tune in to this week's episode to learn more and shift your perspective in a mind-blowing way.
