The unprecedented challenges we have experienced in planning and delivering all aspects of health and care services during the COVID-19 pandemic have acted as a catalyst for testing innovative, outcome focused approaches. 

This has brought a new focus to how we deliver safe, person-centred services in these exceptional circumstances, and an opportunity to take learning and modernise, with a view to future-proofing our services.
