This week I speak to Sacha Djerfi, the head coach of Hastings Seagulls. Together we talk about how Sacha started out his coaching career and what he has learned throughout the years. We also discuss the methodology Sacha uses at Hastings due to the limited hours of pool time the club has. Even with the limited pool time Sacha has been able to get multiple swimmers to a National level throughout the years, while also being able to accommodate them within the general squad environment through dynamic session planning.
