In this week’s episode, Dr. Lee is joined by two members of the ITPS team: Dr. Nicole Garritano (a core instructor at the Institute) and Dr. Lindsey Luther (the Institute’s programming consultant).

 

With all three being nurse practitioners, Dr. Lee and her guests bring unique perspectives and stories about their time in clinical practice, and how they’ve ended up where they are today.

 

The conversation examines, from a trauma-informed perspective, why healthcare professionals are leaving clinical practice, the role leadership may play in some of those decisions, and what can possibly be done to change what’s happening.
