Sean McStay

Sean McStay is a sales leader and podcaster who, over his 15+ year career in sales, marketing and management, has developed a passion for high performance construction. Sean is very proud to work for SIGA, a swiss family-owned company that has a vision of a world of zero energy loss buildings. Sean helped launch SIGA in Canada as its first Canadian employee and has since moved into a role as Vice President Sales and Operations Canada and board member as the team has grown. Sean is also a certified passive house consultant and Chair of the supplier council for Passive House Canada. Sean hosts the Better Construction podcast which interviews architects, builders, engineers and suppliers in our industry weekly.
