This week, Weekend Warriors Adult Hockey Academy coach Lyndsay Barch joins Austin, Rick and Rob to discuss her coaching philosophy as a coach at Weekend Warriors Adult Hockey Academy camps. 

Also, as a certified yoga instructor, Coach  Lyndsay  goes into detail about how adding yoga to the adult hockey player's life is beneficial.  She articulates the types of movements that benefit everyone, but also help hockey players improve flexibility, strength and balance.

Finally, Rick covers upcoming camps for  July 2022.
