This week, Weekend Warriors Adult Hockey Academy coach Lyndsay Barch joins Austin, Rick and Rob to discuss her coaching philosophy as a coach at Weekend Warriors Adult Hockey Academy camps. 

Also, as a certified yoga instructor, Coach  Lyndsay  goes into detail about how adding yoga to the adult hockey player's life is beneficial.  She articulates the types of movements that benefit everyone, but also help hockey players improve flexibility, strength and balance.

This week, Weekend Warriors Adult Hockey Academy goaltending coach Ian Sylves joins Austin and Rick to discuss the finer details of goaltending and the benefits of Weekend Warriors Adult Hockey Academy camps.  

Coach Ian answers the following:
- What are some common things adult goalies want to learn at camp?
- What do you guys teach that result in the greatest improvement in a goalie's game?
- What are the things that goalies learn at camp that they were not expecting to learn (i.e. the things that they did not know that they didn't know)?
- What is the value of the video review in the learning process?
- Any advice/tips for forwards and defensive players to help the goalie be more successful? 
- Any inside secrets on how to improve scoring chances as a shooter?
