In this bonus episode, Austin provides some resources he uses that adult hockey players may want to use to stay motivated during the Coronavirus pandemic.  Remember to do only those exercises you can safely do and have been approved for...modify if you need to. 

Set some goals for yourself during this down time and go ahead and pick up a stick and a puck or ball and do some stick handling drills!  Find a hockey-specific workout routine and sweat it out.  Stay motivated and be ready to return to the ice in the near future.
