This week, I am absolutely delighted to bring back one of my most requested and most frequent guests on the show who honestly needs no introduction - MK Ultra survivor, educator and advocate, blogger, independent journalist, host of ‘The Dark Outpost’ podcast, and the REAL Eleven from ‘Stranger Things’, Penny LA Shepard!

An original whistleblower of our time, Penny has been such an inspiration to me since waking up to the harsh truths of the world. She taught me so much so fast - between diving into her blog and listening to her interviews, she has so graciously put out so much incredible education out there for free for all of us - and most recently she made all of our dreams come true when she started her own podcast on the Dark Outpost! Penny is one of the most selfless people I know. The depth of research Penny does is astounding and we all have so much to learn from her. She carries the weight of the world on her shoulders and still finds and makes the time for everyone and anyone who is eager to learn more. Seeing Penny blossom from a blogger into a podcaster makes my heart so happy - she survived what was meant to destroy her and silence her and now she’s thriving and the whole world can hear her voice!
