When somebody leaves the gym and needs to move on but wants to stay active, it's a very crucial time for their fit future. Will they be able to smoothly transition to the next training plan or will they glide and coast down to a comfortable 1-2x workouts per week? Josh has a philosophy about this (of course he does). And it goes something like this:


  1. Working out: good!
  2. Practicing: better!
  3. Training cycles: even better!
  4. Macro cycles with strategic goals and coach's oversight: BEST!
