This was fascinating. In today's episode you are going to hear me coaching Angela.
Angela used to work for the United Nations, for UNESCO and she is based in Paris. She is a woman who has done extraordinary things in her life.
She runs 180 Kilometer races, ultra marathons, almost 120 miles. She doesn't like to do things by halves. Even when she is taking on a mission she can't take on just one, she takes on a number at the same time.
I coach her around her next big mission.
It was really fun. Enjoy!
