Andrea didn’t feel right.  She knew something was wrong and got herself to the hospital.  She was having a heart attack.  The doctors did tests but couldn’t find anything physically wrong.  They told her something incredible:   “You gave yourself a heart attack.”  Andrea’s stress was affecting her health and she decided to do something about it.   She started introducing mindfulness into her life.

Then, after her divorce, she forgot.  Her bad habits returned.  She woke up on the floor one day, hungover, victimized and stressed, and realized once again, she didn't like her life.  She took on shifting her focus, being grateful, and again creating mindfulness and joy.

 She has worked in the school systems for over 30 years and works with teens, parents and teachers to bring them balance, joy and empowerment.  She decided that she needed to bring it to her own life as well.  This time it stuck.

"If it doesn't bring you joy, don't do it," is her advice.

She is a public speaker and conducts workshops that help replace chaos and stress with peace and joy.

Andrea Tait’s book, “Love Yourself Back to Life!”  just makes sense.   She wrote her book to share her story and give us all a chance at living great lives that we love.
