A study in the 1970's showed a shocking truth about health. Rabbits were studied for the impact of high fat in their diets. 60% of the rabbits were healthier which did not support the research.  After digging into what happened, they found that the person administering to those rabbits was an animal lover. She held them, talked to them lovingly, and this created healthier rabbits.

Dr. Lauren Hartman is a pediatrician and adolescent specialist. She has had many young patients with eating disorders. She has seen the impact of this disease on their psychological, physical and emotional health.
