One of the projects Brother Singh has vowed to accomplish is reorganizing the ushering staff. Since the COVID lockdown, our congregation has slipped into lackadaisical patterns that do not speak well of the body of Christ. He stresses, "We do not work mechanically," meaning knowing what to do is vital, but performing the role with the right spirit is equally important. Ushers and usherettes must be alert to the needs of the people. Ushering is an honor. Ushering staff assist the ministry by ensuring the minute details of a service are attended well before a service starts.
