Too Hot For TV is back for a fourth season, with more niche Doctor Who spin offery from decades gone by. In the first episode Dylan is joined by Joe Ford of 'A Hamster With A Blunt Pen Knife' . First they look at the BBC Books eighth Doctor adventure 'The Tomorrow Windows'  written by Jonathan Morris. Then they return to Telos in the Big Finish Fourth Doctor story 'Return to Telos' written and directed by Nicholas Briggs. And as always answer these burning questions:
