Most men operate from two built-in frameworks: church and culture, but both only hand you functions, not real identity.  The church teaches you to lead, provide, protect — but often conflate these actions with who you are. Same with culture, where value is tied to what you produce or control.

Neither of these frames tell the truth about your true identity—who God says you are—so many men spend their lives chasing fruit, only to find emptiness when the harvest fails.  What if real strength comes from knowing your identity isn’t rooted in performance but in covenant?

The difference between being productive and being formed lies in this: being governs doing. A man rooted in his true identity stands firm, no matter the season.
