Diets often go wrong when people overly restrict and eat as little as possible. Because feeling hungry means it's working, right? WRONG! So long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight and how you choose to "spend" your calories is up to you. By focusing on eating as much as you can rather then as little as you can you will make massive progress!
In part 2 we talk about injuries. They are inevitable at some point but does this mean you can't exercise?
