I know how hard it is to untangle exercise from body image goals, but here I share how I have managed to do that, finding and ALLOWING myself to choose movement that I enjoy.
I share my top tips on how you can bring in more joyful movement into your life, breaking free from the clutches of fitness culture.
I recorded this after going for an impromptu evening run, which had filled me with so much joy because this movement wasn’t planned or part of a fitness programme that I ‘had’ to do; it was totally intuitive and was what my body was craving. Moving in this way brings such a deeper connection to our bodies, and brings in much more freedom and joy.
