Today in Season 4, Episode 89, I invite back to the show, Brooke Williams. I think Brooke has been on the show at least on 7 occasions, so it's always good to have back on the pod. She last featured in October last year where she was pregnant with her 2nd baby. The main focus was for us to chat about the Sydney Marathon event in general, and then discuss Brooke's running this year and in her build up to the event as well. Brooke lives in Burraga NSW, so her running environment is probably different to most listeners, in the sense that she has access to very quiet dirt roads and almost always trains solo. Brooke is a always a fantastic listen, but particularly for those mums to be or those who have kids and who run. I hope you enjoy the ep.
