呦！延續著上個關於人行道的製作，大姊提到了我們可以來做個街道相關的pop-up串聯，於是老人就自告奮勇說讓他來坦公共藝術吧。公共藝術這個台灣地方新聞常會播報的議題，常常在『有特色』、『奇葩』或『有礙觀瞻』等字眼上震盪，大眾們對台灣公共美學的批判不遺餘力，字句鞭辟入裡卻又信手捻來。今天就讓我們來稍微跨界一下，建人五四三的『一個創作，各自表態—公共藝術《上》』，客倌們不妨先聽聽上輯。
