This is technically episode 1 of season 4, BUT, think of it more as a preseason episode before I come back in August with regularly scheduled episodes. I'm talking "daddy issues" in honor of Father's Day which just happened this past weekend. I get into Rihanna's song "Kiss It Better" off her ANTI album and use it to show how her relationship with her dad affected her adult relationships, specifically the one with Chris Brown. It's such an amazing song with so much emotion and too many relatable sentiments of pride, desiring affection, and toxic relationships. I talk about how misogyny affects the way children are raised, unhealed trauma, dating guys with kids, all things dad related, and lots more so make sure to tune in!
