And just like that another quarter bites the duuuuust! I can't believe we are in Quarter 3. We have 6 months left to create 2024 into whatever our heart desires.

Now that we're halfway through the year, I can confidently say I've been loving the 12 week year.

It's an easy way to structure my goals, and it also forces me to reflect and pivot as necessary.

In recent years, when I've looked at the 12 months ahead, it's all seemed so daunting, but having specific goals to achieve in a 3 month period has been such a fun way to boost my confidence and motivation!!
