It's a bittersweet moment for Dr. Lee and the Institute.

We bid farewell this week to the Becoming Trauma Informed podcast in this, our final episode.

What a journey it's been! 4 seasons, hundreds of episodes, and over 25,000 downloads.

And as we have grown, we have evolved in our needs, in our Institute's needs, and in the projects we are ready to take on. So we're not saying goodbye altogether -- but we are shifting how we show up moving into 2024.

We are breathing life into two new ventures!

First, our brand new YouTube show, 'That's So Unprofessional,' and its podcast counterpart!

This show is set to be the heart of longer, rawer, and beautifully real discussions around leadership and professionalism.

And for those who prefer bite-sized nuggets of wisdom, we're serving a 10-minute recap of each show, focusing on the three most impactful takeaways in our new podcast, perfect for guiding your professional development journey.
