Ella is a Senior Lecturer in Disability Studies and core member of the Centre for Culture & Disability Studies at Liverpool Hope University. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and co-leads Liverpool Hope University's Academic Literacies Community of Practice. As well as her work
