Finding stability isn't about a fixed state of being stable or unstable but rather a continuum of steadiness that ebbs and flows throughout our lives. When we feel grounded, we can respond to life from a place of certainty rather than reactivity, allowing us to think clearly and make decisions that benefit us in the long term.
