I'm so glad I followed the nudge to grab the mic for this one, even if I was in my jammies! Before recording, I set the intention for a revelatory episode -- for both myself and the listener -- and then I let go of any ideas I had about how that was going to happen. 

At the prompting of my spirit guides, I talk about anorexia, the Air Force, and my cancelled wedding in this episode. I realize this makes me sound like a drama llama! But I bet you'd be surprised about where we land. :)
