Study your past if you would define your future - Confuscious. One of the most profound things I've ever learned is that our future is built on the lessons of our past. We must accept and learn from what has happened to us so that we can be who we want to be. Our past is not our enemy, it is the reason for our drive and serves as a reminder of how strong we are.
