A graduate of Philadelphia Bible College (now Cairn University), Akey is a licensed preacher of the Gospel, sharing the teachings of Jesus Christ with passion. In addition to his spiritual guidance, he’s made significant strides as a licensed and bonded public insurance adjuster. Alongside his loving wife, Jennifer, a dedicated nurse, Akey has built a family rooted in faith, love, and service.
But Akey’s impact doesn’t stop there. With fifteen years of service in juvenile justice, five years in adult prisons as a preacher, and over three decades of teaching Sunday School, his commitment to nurturing the minds and souls of others is unparalleled. Recognized as Man of the Year by the Progressive Baptist Association and honored with the President’s Award by Metro Public Adjustment Inc., Akey has proven himself to be a leader, mentor, and educator.
