IS OUR END GOALS EXCLUSIVE OR INCLUSIVE? DO WE EVEN KNOW WHAT THE END GOAL IS SPECIFICALLY?  IS IT RIGID OR FLEXIBLE?  IS IT THE JOURNEY OR THE DESTINATION? LETS FIGURE THIS OUT SO WE CAN MAKE SENSE.
