I personally find this time of year particularly stressful and disruptive. While I enjoy time with family and friends, I also need to be quiet and peaceful in my own space. Guided by your breath, this `20 minute slow-moving yoga practice calms your mind and body. Stay unstressed through the holidays or any stressful time.
