Ultra-World Champion Mark Guadet jumps back on the podcast a couple days after returning from Abu Dhabi for the Spartan World Championships.  After winning the Ultra World Championship from Spartan in Telluride, Colorado, Mark tried to recover and race well again at Spartan World Championships.  He talks to Evan about the experience and then the two share some Middle East stories from deployments.
